Step 5: Configure Internal DNS manager for Mail Flow

• On your Exchange server, access DNS manager> Expand up to Forward Lookup Zone

• Create a new Host(A)> add host name “mail” > add the server’s Public IP

• Create a new Host(A)> add host name “autodiscover” > add the server’s Public IP
• Create a new Host(A)> add host name with a blank name > add the server’s Public IP
• Create a new Mail Exchanger(MX)> locate the FQDN > add host name “mail” > add the server’s Public IP

• Finally, you should have an identical settings below
